Event Report
The first day of the two day event was a great success as the EV Advocated were able to display at thee entrance to the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) pavilion. Being able to show how the technology of electric vehicles advances our transportation options to the youth at the event was what it is all about. Due to the limited footprint allowed to us, we were limited to having an E-Trike, A Tesla Model 3 and a new VinFast for the EV curious to examine.

Event Description
The 2023 Wings Over Camarillo is the Premier Air Show on the Central Coast of California. This year, the STEM Pavilion highlights what is new in aviation and aerospace and other Science, Technology, Engineering and Math fields (STEM). It a place for families to see Drones and UAVs fly, see robotics in action, learn how airplanes fly, create all types of flying objects, participate in many hands-on, fun activities and learn about education opportunities and STEM programs in the area.
The EV Advocates of Ventura County will have an EV Display and Educational Booth to highlight the technology that is driving our new transportation choices.
See the display of several electric vehicles, talk to the vehicle’s owners about the EV experience, and get informed about EV rebates and incentives, charging, and local resources. The showcase is a collaborative educational opportunity sponsored by the Ventura Chapter of the Sierra Club with on the ground support by members of the EV Advocates of Ventura County.
